Mechanical Extremes is large enough to serve you, but small enough to know you. Within Mechanical Extremes, a carefully structured team, where each individual has a specific role to play, ensures your needs are met and you will feel happy with the outcomes.
As a student athlete at Addison High School, the person who would later found Mechanical Extremes learned important lessons on the basketball court. In growing his company, Harold Wilkes took the value of teamwork and applied it to every aspect of the organization. How does that work to your advantage?
Let’s take installations.
When making recommendations, a careful assessment is made of your needs. What size furnace will best serve you? How to distribute cooling most efficiently through house? What’s the best balance of cost versus performance?
Before the installation begins, managers and installation crews go over the details, such as equipment measurements, photos, and any unusual circumstances.
Multiple eyes review requirements, like building codes and permits. Ask a recent customer about this. He recently engaged Mechanical Extremes for three projects—new HVAC, a Navien tankless hot water heater, and gas piping for a standby generator. In each case, the township inspector told the customer “I don’t have to worry about Mechanical Extremes. They know what they are doing, and do the work correctly.”
On installation day, a crew of two arrives. In the one-minute video, Harold Wilkes explains their roles.
If unforeseen issues pop up, Harold Wilkes or another manager will visit the site to problem solve.
Once the installation is complete, it is determined if a manager jobsite visit is necessary.
Mechanical Extremes installs an average of three HVAC systems each day. That kind of volume can only happen when satisfied customers spread the word that they love Mechanical Extremes’ work.
