This is to notify you that there will be a price increase to our Extreme Comfort Agreements as of April 8, 2024.
Mechanical Extremes has maintained the same pricing for these agreements for the past 15 years. However, we have experienced ever-increasing operating expenses, and cost of materials. To maintain the Extreme Difference that we pride our business on, we must take action to ensure our quality service continues.
Our goal is to keep your HVAC equipment safe and in excellent condition at an affordable price. An increase of $10 per year secures our commitment to providing the very best products and services. In addition, 1-inch filters are no longer included with any agreement. We have created specialty pricing for Geothermal and Boiler systems. All price changes are reflected in the chart below.
