I highly recommend Mechanical Extremes for all heating and cooling needs. We have had our furnace, air conditioning unit, and water heater through them for the past 6 years. There had been an issue within the past few days with our air conditioning unit. One of their repairman, Ben Henry, came out and investigated the problem. He was beyond thorough in his determination to solve our issue. Not only that, but he was courteous, respectful, and professional. From start to finish we have had a Fantastic experience with the Team at Mechanical Extremes! Harold came out to our home and did a walk through with my husband Todd and listened to his concerns about our 19 year old equipment and Harold pointed out a couple of things that were no longer up to code. We were confident about moving forward with having our furnace, air conditioner, and hot water heater replaced by their team. Harold  sent us a quote in a timely manner and we got our dates scheduled. We were told the whole process would take a couple days and we were So Surprised when three gentlemen showed up on the first day to remove and replace Everything in One Day!
Josh, Alec and Mike were Very Professional and Pleasant! They did a Great job with everything and cleaned up nicely afterwards. We had Super experiences with Robin and the Office Team too-- Thank You All for Outstanding Customer Service!
