The owner came to the house and gave us a quote on site and then explained in detail of our options. The install was timely and the two individuals were very professional and cleaned up after the job was completed. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a unit or in need of repairs. They have gained a customer for any future services needed.

My furnace went out and I was having a hard time finding someone to come out quickly. Then I called Mechanical Extremes and spoke with Robin she readjusted their schedule to fit me in. The technicians arrived in the morning to fix the furnace, almost immediately they diagnosed the problem . The technicians went and found the part, returned and had it installed in a timely manner. They were Knowledgeable, professional, and efficient.

Ben was the most recent tech sent to my home, he was able to solve the issue very quickly. He explain what was going on to me in very easy terms. He also went above and beyond, and offered suggestions of things that we could do to improve the maintenance and function of our older furnace. He answered all our questions. We accepted on the spot and one-day installation was a few days later. This was all a great (no pressure) experience; just what we needed.
