These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to your use of the website. They are separate from — and do not replace — any signed estimate, invoice, or service agreement (including our Extreme Comfort Agreement / Annual Maintenance Plan) you enter into with us for actual HVAC work, which has its own terms and conditions provided at the time of signing.

1. Who We Are

Mechanical Extremes Heating & Cooling, LLC is a residential and light commercial HVAC contractor based at 18480 US 12, Cement City, MI 49233, proudly serving Lenawee, Jackson, and Hillsdale Counties since 2009. We are a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer and hold Michigan Mechanical Contractor License No. 7115912, issued under the Forbes Mechanical Contractors Act, 1984 PA 192, MCL 338.971 to 338.988.

2. Use of the Site

You may use this Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes related to learning about our services, requesting a quote, or contacting us. You agree not to:

4. Financing Partners

Our Site provides links to third-party financing options through Wells Fargo Retail Services and Michigan Saves for customers who wish to explore payment plans for HVAC upgrades. These are independent companies, not Mechanical Extremes:

• Applying for financing through these links takes you to that partner’s own website and is subject to their terms, conditions, credit approval criteria, and privacy practices — not ours.
• Mechanical Extremes does not make credit decisions, does not guarantee approval, and is not responsible for any financing partner’s terms, rates, fees, or customer service.
• Any dispute regarding a financing application or agreement should be directed to the applicable financing partner.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and the Mechanical Extremes name and branding — is owned by Mechanical Extremes or used with permission, and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages of this Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

As required under Michigan law: a residential builder or residential maintenance and alteration contractor must be licensed under Article 24 of the Occupational Code, 1980 PA 299, MCL 339.2401 to 339.2412; an electrician must be licensed under the Electrical Administrative Act, 1956 PA 217, MCL 338.881 to 338.892; a plumbing contractor must be licensed under the State Plumbing Act, 2002 PA 733, MCL 338.3511 to 338.3569; and a mechanical contractor must be licensed under the Forbes Mechanical Contractors Act, 1984 PA 192, MCL 338.971 to 338.988. Mechanical Extremes Heating & Cooling, LLC holds Michigan Mechanical Contractor License No. 7115912.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from your use of this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
